THAT, aware that there has been a high number of youths and women who contribute greatly to the development of Nairobi City County; further aware that the economic constraints the County is facing mostly affect the youth and women since most of them are unemployed; deeply concerned that these youths and women cannot access credit facilities from financial institutions due to lack of securities and guarantors, this Assembly urges the County Government to establish a youth and women development fund kitty to be disbursed equally among the 85 Wards as grants to youths and women.
