THAT, pursuant to Section 45(1) (b) of the County Governments Act, this Assembly adopts the Third Report of the Sectoral Committee on Education, Children and Youth Affairs on the vetting of the Nominee for County Chief Officer- Education, Children and Youth Affairs.
