| THAT, taking into consideration the findings of the Select Committee on County Finance, Budget and Appropriations in its Report on the Vetting of Nominee for Approval as Chairperson, Nairobi City County Revenue Authority, laid on the Table of the Assembly on Thursday, 18th May, 2023 and pursuant to the provisions of Section 6(1) (a) of the Nairobi City County Revenue Administration Act, 2021, Sections 3 and 9 of the Public Appointments (County Assemblies Approval) Act, 2017, and Standing Order 48 (4), this Assembly approves the nomination of Mr. Andrew Chege for appointment as Chairperson of the Nairobi City County Revenue Authority by His Excellency the Governor. |
