HAT, Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 133 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and Standing Orders 235 and 236 and pursuant to the provision of Section 90 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, this Assembly resolves to extend the consideration of the Nairobi City County Finance Bill, 2023 by a period of 30 days from 28th September, 2023
