THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Section 17 of the County Governments Act, 2012, and Section 10 of the National Assembly (Powers and Privileges) Act; this Assembly approves the appointment of the following ten (10) Members to the Select Committee on Privileges in addition to the Member contemplated under Section 10 (1) of the National Assembly (Powers and Privileges) Act; 1.
