Evaluation For Continuous Registration of Suppliers for Years 2020/2021 and 2021/2022
The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015[Section 71(1)] provides for continuous update of the registered lists of suppliers, contractors, and consultants in various specific categories of goods, works or services according to procuring entities’ procurement needs. Section 4(c) states that the applications shall be evaluated leading to registration on a biannual basis
With reference to the above, The Nairobi City County Assembly will be evaluating the applications received from 24th January 2022 as per the standard registration document posted below.
Interested suppliers are encouraged to download the supplier registration document and apply as per the requirements.
