THAT, pursuant to the provision of Article 179(2) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, Section 35 of the County Governments Act, 2012, and Standing Order 191(6), this Assembly adopts the REPORT OF THE SELECT COMMITTEE ON APPOINTMENTS ON THE VETTING OF NOMINEES FOR MEMBERS OF THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE RESPONSIBLE FOR VARIOUS SECTORS, laid on the table of the Assembly on Tuesday 7th November 2017.
