That, taking into consideration the findings of the Sectoral Committee on Energy, Information, Communications and Technology in its Report on the Vetting of Nominee for Approval as Chief Officer, laid on the Table of the Assembly on Tuesday, 21st May, 2024 and pursuant to the provisions of Section 45 (1)(b) of the County Governments Act, 2012, Sections 3 and 9 of the Public Appointments (County Assemblies Approval) Act, 2017 and Standing Order 48 (4) and 209(6)(f), this Assembly approves the appointment of David Sande Oyolo Alukhome as Chief Officer for Digital Economy and Start-ups.
