THAT, this Assembly adopts the Fifth Report of the Select Committee on County Finance, Budget and Appropriation on consideration of Nairobi City County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) and the Debt Management Strategy Paper for the Financial Year 2024-2025 and over the medium term, laid on the Table of the Assembly, today, Wednesday 13th March 2024.
