THAT, pursuant to Section 12 (3) (d) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and Section 8 and 9 of
the County Assemblies Services Act, 2017, the County Assembly notes the report of the Service Board and
approves the appointment of Mr. Maurice Ochieng Owino and Ms Mary Njeri Ndege as the two external
Members of the Nairobi City County Assembly Service Board.
