THAT notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order 28(1) and pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 28(2), this Assembly resolves to alter the commencement date of the Fourth Session of the Second Assembly from Tuesday, 11th February 2020 to Tuesday, 18th February 2020.
