THAT, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 127, this Assembly resolves to reduce the publication period of the NAIROBI CITY COUNTY APPROPRIATIONS BILL, 2018 (BILL No. 5 of 2018) from seven (7) days to one (1) day.
